Our approach
Skin that itches, reddens or marks is telling you something specific. We take the time to examine it, go through your medical history and run tests when needed — before suggesting any treatment at all.
You leave with a named diagnosis, a written treatment plan and a follow-up date. Nothing begins without you knowing why, for how long, and what the expected result looks like.
Skin is not a matter of appearance alone. It reveals what is happening beneath, and it is often the first to do so. Our work begins by listening to it.
Your care pathway
A detailed history, clinical examination and dermoscopy if needed. Time to listen to what came before the lesion.
Skin prick tests, patch tests, fungal sampling or biopsy — carried out on site, often on the same day.
Treatment of flare-ups, daily maintenance care and a follow-up schedule. Given to you in writing and adjusted at every visit.

Practical questions
It is not required for a consultation, but it tells us which treatments you have already tried. Please bring it if you have one.
Your identity card, a list of your current treatments (including creams and supplements), photos of the lesions if they come and go in flare-ups, and any recent test results.
For a facial consultation or a nail examination, please come without make-up or nail varnish: the lesion needs to be visible as it really is.
Yes: they distort skin prick test results. They should be stopped 5 to 7 days beforehand, unless advised otherwise. Topical corticosteroids must also be stopped on the areas to be tested.
