Venom desensitisation

Venom desensitisation, also known as Hymenoptera venom immunotherapy, is a long-term treatment designed to lastingly reduce the risk of a severe allergic reaction after a bee, wasp or hornet sting. It is intended for people who have already had a generalised reaction and, in the vast majority of cases, restores effective protection.
