The data we receive

When you write to us or call us, we use your contact details and your message only to reply to you and arrange your care. The website has no form and does not collect any medical data.

Booking an appointment

Online appointments are booked through Doctena, an external service with its own privacy policy.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics)

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to see which pages are visited, from which type of device and from which region, in order to improve the website. Until you click “Accept”, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set.

If you accept, Google sets the _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies, valid for up to two years. Google may process this data in the United States; this transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your choice is kept for six months in your browser. You can change it at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page; if you decline, any Google cookies already set are deleted.

Hosting

The website is hosted on a server located in the European Union. Fonts are served from our own domain, with no calls to third parties.
