Allergic rhinitis

Allergic rhinitis is an inflammation of the lining of the nose caused by an IgE-mediated allergic reaction. It develops after inhaling allergens (pollen, house dust mites, animal dander, moulds) and causes sneezing, a runny or blocked nose and itching, symptoms that can sometimes be very disabling in daily life.
